Colleagues only see projects shared with them.
Privacy and your data
Your account, tasks and projects are stored online by MaxxMeet.
Colleagues cannot see your private tasks or notes through the app. The people who run the service remain trusted administrators.
Listen turns audio into text on your device. The speech model is saved in your browser. Recordings and transcripts saved here stay on this device; export anything important before clearing browser data or changing devices. Short trial clips are not kept after you close the trial.
AI notes use a separate connection and are currently off. Nobody else’s AI account is used automatically. Ask your Admin about storage and deletion rules.
Tell everyone and get the required permission before recording. Joining MaxxMeet is not permission to record.
